Job Overview: As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for providing technical / functional support to clients while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. You will also act as a technical resource for the business teams. Develop and deliver high quality standard CRM presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction. Design, validate, and present software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Develop and manage high quality technical, professional client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Requirement analysis, pricing, planning, strategy and competitive analysis.
  • Software systems analysis, design, testing and coding.
  • Determining customer needs and desires by research to obtain product information.
  • Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
  • Identify and present creative and innovative product solutions.
  • Translate business strategy and requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the CRM platform.
  • Create software to showcase features and capabilities of the product.
  • Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
  • Work with the technical team to design software that is reliable, scalable and testable.
  • Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a CRM implementation.
  • Participate in product user interface design and code reviews, & answer product related inquiries.
  • Work with Quality Assurance team to forge robust, reliable, and high performance software, and report progress and issues to senior project/product managers.
  • Champion product improvements for future versions of the product.
  • Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
  • Coach and mentor junior technical resources and own responsibility for ongoing technical development of technical resources working on the projects.
  • Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs.
  • Prepare return-on-investment analyses; establish time schedules with engineering teams, & determine product pricing by utilizing market research data.
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Maintain product management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills.
  • Proven ability to design, optimize business processes & integrate business processes across disparate systems.
  • Ability to lead technical design sessions to design technical solutions aligned with client business objectives.
  • Strong background in CRM design & development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum.
  • Deep functional and technical understanding of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and other Cloud Computing Services.
  • Deep functional knowledge of sales and support business processes.
  • Good Domain Knowledge on CRM, Exceptional understanding of CRM Platforms & Technical Architecture.


Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; or one or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
