Job Overview: As a CRM Technical Solution Architect you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients & customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. You will also act as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants. Develop and deliver high quality standard CRM presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall CRM solutions. Design, validate, and present CRM software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Develop and manage high quality technical, professional client relationships.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Helps Sales Teams in Pre-Sales activities by helping demo, present and discuss business issues and propose solutions
  • Translate business strategy and requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the CRM platform

  • Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a CRM implementation
  • Develop custom solutions and integrations leveraging the CRM platform
  • Manage technical scope and client expectations
  • Communicate as needed with Project Manager, Senior Developers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Quality Assurance and Product Manager to ensure architectural vision for the product.
  • Demonstrate technical and business thought leadership
  • Be a credible subject matter expert to clients and partners on sales cycles and marketing events
  • Coach and mentor junior technical resources and own responsibility for ongoing technical development of technical resources on CRM projects

Required skills and experience

  • Proven ability to design, optimize business processes & integrate business processes across disparate systems
  • Minimum five years CRM platform and integration experience
  • Direct configuration experience using CRM point-and-click developer interface
  • Strong background in CRM design & development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product lifecycle
  • Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
  • Deep functional and technical understanding of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and other Cloud Computing Services
  • Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
  • Previous experience in implementing CRM with other technology
  • Deep functional knowledge of sales and support business processes
  • Good Domain Knowledge on CRM, Exceptional understanding of CRM Platforms & Technical Architecture

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
