Roles and Responsibilities

  • Must have complete Staffing & Recruitment Life-cycle experience.
  • Understanding with various U.S. tax terms (w2, C2C, 1099) and US Immigration processes
  • Expertise in identifying potential candidates through recruitment portals (i.e... Monster, DICE, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience in managing the entire recruiting process, from requisition initiation to sourcing, to acceptance of offer and final placement; presenting the resume, negotiating rates, coordinating interviews, liaison, follow-up, placement and delivery
  • Should be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have outstanding organization, communication, management and presentation skills
  • Should be self-motivated and resourceful and with an ability to achieve targets
  • Establish and maintain high quality interpersonal relationships with candidates and customers at all levels.
  • Ability to assert influence in decisions.
  • Can work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and carry out special instructions and procedures.
  • Provide timely reports and maintain Candidate and Client records on Zoho.
  • Flexible hours as appropriate to meet Candidate and Client demands. Extended hours to accommodate candidate schedules and obtain goals when needed.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years Technical recruitment experience preferably within the staffing industry with a proven recruiting track record.
  • Meet / exceed all financial objectives and comply with the required operating metrics as assigned for the classification.
  • Understanding and effective usage of multiple direct sourcing, search and network strategies for the candidate range of entry level through senior management level.
  • Meet and exceed Client expectations for all aspects of our service.
  • Possess, Develop and maintain a candidate base and pool of qualified candidates through senior management levels through a planned, proactive resourcing approach to current and prospective clients. Has industry relationships with professional levels and multiple networking groups.
  • Ability to successfully recruit and close candidate for highly technical/ highly skilled through senior management positions.

Education / Experience

  • BS from a four-year college or university; or one or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
