Job Overview: The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting CRM/CX business requirements, and modeling business processes that help to define business system solutions for prospective clients and existing customers across multiple industry verticals. This individual will create and deliver business solution presentations and customized CRM/CX demonstrations articulating advanced features and benefits. The BA supports customers and development teams throughout system implementations and takes ownership of the overall solution.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze, specify, define, validate, and document end-user requirements
  • Understand and develop business process models (BPM) based on client needs. Build flowcharts, business requirements document and Solution design documents
  • Interact with clients and potential clients through face-to-face and remote (on-line) meetings
  • Coordinate and lead various pre-sales and client project sessions
  • Build client relationships towards establishing a strategic partnership with key stakeholders
  • Determine customer needs and develop presentations that represent As-is & To-be business processes and design potential solutions
  • Demonstrate software solutions that showcase features and capabilities that meet client needs
  • Work with the offshore team to design and test software solution Develop and deliver CRM/CX product training sessions to clients SME’s and users
  • Support sales team during client meetings to answer CRM/CX product inquiries, gather and produce solution requirement details for SOW preparation
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Contribute to any/all organizational efforts by producing professional quality deliverables, as required
  • Other responsibilities as deemed necessary

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in CRM/CX analysis, design and delivery of business systems as part of a complete software deployment lifecycle
  • Proven ability to understand As-Is business processes and creatively design To-Be solutions
  • Documented examples of workflow documentation, requirements documentation and testing
  • Experience configuring systems and reports
  • Experience working with waterfall, agile and hybrid variations of software delivery
  • Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills, delivering software demonstrations and product training
  • Good Domain Knowledge of CRM with exceptional understanding of CRM business processes

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Statistics, or related field of study, Required
