Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with in-depth and broad IT knowledge to assist in troubleshooting and developing solutions in the Products area. The candidate will work closely with business decision makers and IT to develop in-depth requirements, functional design, test plans, and propose cost-effective application solutions for maximum productivity.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Achieves and maintains a solid understanding of the business practices, processes and strategy related to Products.
  • Primarily responsible for the support and enhancement of the Pricing module in Siebel eBusiness application (8.x).
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Commercial Solutions, Support and IT personnel in the requirements, design, and deployment of the organization's business application needs.
  • Be able to document business problems, analyze them, come up with technically feasible solutions and be able to write FDDs (Functional Design Documents).
  • Support production issues related to Products and Pricing.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst with special emphasis on CRM/ERP applications.
  • Strong experience/knowledge of the Siebel Products domain. Functional and technical application knowledge with hands-on experience managing requirements from areas such as Marketing, Sales, Quoting, Order Mgmt, Products and Pricing modules
  • Experience with the Siebel Products/Pricing/Order management module is highly desirable.
  • Superior interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional prioritization, proficient problem analysis, process and project management skills.
  • Results-focused, team-oriented professional with a strong work ethic. Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
