Summary: Analyze, design, develop, configure, maintain, support and implement Enterprise/Siebel software applications,
databases, and solutions using Siebel CRM technologies, skills, and modules such as Siebel 7.0/8.0/126.96.36.199, Siebel Integration,
Configuration, Work Flow, Business Services, eScript, EAI, Web Services, Java Script, Oracle, and PL/SQL. Perform business analysis,
systems integration, software evaluation and implementation, database analysis, performance analysis and tuning, and problem tracking.
Provide support to current and legacy applications and systems. May require travel to unanticipated work locations.
Roles and Responsibilities
5-7 years experience as a Software Developer, Siebel Developer, Systems/Programmer Analyst, Consultant, or related field.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Support the overall development of the enterprise Siebel CRM solution.
Work in close collaboration with back end development team and business stakeholders.
Responsible for design, development and testing of the enterprise Siebel CRM Solution.
Documenting software designs and project tasks.
Estimating project tasks and tracking actual results.
Reporting progress and issues to technical leads and project managers.
Reviewing functional requirements and analyzing their appropriateness and impact on the software to be built to meet them.
Participating in design and code reviews.
Working with the team to design software that is reliable, scalable and testable.
Championing product improvements.
Working with Quality Assurance to forge robust, reliable, and high performance software.
The discipline required to write good unit tests and experience doing so.
Strong Siebel Technical skills (release 8.0 or later) in Siebel Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, EAI (web services Inbound
and Outbound), Server Management and Server Configuration
Experienced with Business Services, integration via MSMQ, Data Quality, Custom Order Management, Product Configurator,
Product Catalog, BI Publisher, performance tuning.
Hands-on experience in development using best practices and standards on Siebel Developer Tools, Business objects, Data layer,
Experience with customizations in Siebel Open UI using JQuery.
Must have strong technical and functional knowledge of modules like Accounts, Contacts, Activities, Opportunities, Sales Orders
and Service Requests.
Commercial product development experience.
Experience with agile and test-driven development practices, including automated unit testing frameworks and continuous
