Job Overview: We are looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals with experience in Steelbrick CPQ to assist in a Steelbrick / SFDC CPQ implementation with an amazing tech company. The team is designing and configuring a Cloud CPQ solution using rapid prototyping and Agile methods.
Roles and Responsibilities
Ability to perform hands-on solution design, solution architecture, proofs-of-concept and development tasks as required.
Recommend modifications to processes and procedures, best practice contributions.
Promote and solicit ideas within project teams
Functional Area Ownership and Accountability, Being an area expert
Collaboration with experts within the field of software engineering
Act as a liaison between Technical team, Functional team, Business Functions to drive CPQ implementations.
Ability to build scalable solution for product and pricing requirement.
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
Required skills and Experience
At least 4 years overall experience working in salesforce ecosystem is desirable.
Hands on experience in implementing solution in Steelbrick for multi hierarchy products.
Hands on experience in implementing complex pricing logic.
2+ years hands on work in Salesforce Config to Quote/Steelbrick CPQ/ Apttus CPQ. Have Steelbrick / SFDC CPQ implementation experience.
Must have good knowledge of Steelbrick CPQ objects used in Quote to Order entry process especially.
Implementation experience in Product modelling, Advance Pricing and Product rules, Guided selling, Quote/proposal templates.
Understand the Data Model related to Steelbrick CPQ.
Good understanding on Salesforce sales cloud functionality.
In depth knowledge in Product setup, Product Options, Product configuration & rules, Pricing, Discounting and Quote templates in Steelbrick CPQ.
Experience in designing, coding, and implementing APEX code Triggers, Classes, Components, etc., Visualforce components, SOQL statements
Experience in designing and implementing new Salesforce objects, workflow rules, custom layouts, and other standard Salesforce customizations.
Experience in integrating SFDC with external systems using SOAP or REST API.
Should have good knowledge of salesforce best practices.
Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification is big advantage.
Good to have Good knowledge of Salesforce.com and prior experience adapting it to various business needs.
Good Oral and Written communication and collaboration skills.
Previous experience in Recruiting/Staffing with an IT Industry preferred.
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
Experience in using the Internet and other candidate sourcing tools for recruiting.
Experience using social media and other online methods to develop talent pipelines.
Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university; or one or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
