Job Summary:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling custom software development, managed services, and IT infrastructure managed services to enterprise clients. You will develop relationships with key decisionmakers, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling. Your role will focus on positioning our expertise in cloud-based solutions and IT services to help clients optimize their technological investments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new enterprise clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor custom software development, managed services, and IT infrastructure managed services solutions to align with their business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales engineers, solution architects, and delivery teams, to create compelling proposals and solutions.
  • Stay updated on AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI offerings and position our services as key enablers of cloud adoption and IT transformation.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline, track opportunities, and provide regular sales forecasts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote brand awareness.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of selling custom software development, managed services, or IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI), IT managed services, and enterprise IT solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow enterprise-level accounts through consultative sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in working with IT decision-makers, CIOs, and enterprise procurement teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business challenges.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in selling cloud-based services, DevOps solutions, or IT automation.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models.
  • Previous experience working for a System Integrator, Managed Services Provider (MSP), or IT consulting firm.
  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
Education
  • Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or related field.
