For me, this initiative feels like planting a seed. A seed may seem to be small, even insignificant at first. SoftMentoring works the same way. Each mentoring relationship is a seed. When planted in a fertile soil - rooted in collaboration, with curiosity & care - it flourishes. Over time, these connections lead to grow bigger & stronger in the individuals involved.
